Rented a car . Was promised a car type and a child seat. (Not baby seat the one that is just raised because they didn't have the baby ones). They didn't have one when I picked up the car so I bought a new one with my money. The promised car didn't start so they gave me a different one. Long story short I rented a car that the fuel display wash showing full even after 200 km. No parking sensor. No phone holder for gps or child car seat . The trunk doesn't close properly. When I gave the car back I needed to pay to clean the exterior as well. So I went on holiday in Romania rented a car for 3 days and I paid for 2 brand new car seats (one baby and on child ) and a phone holder for my phone . After for it to be cleaned from normal road usege. The car wasn't clean when I picked it up and it was smelling of tabbaco and had dirt inside and crumbs on the seats but they expect me to clean the car that wasn't clean . At the end when I stated all my issues I received no empathy or understaning no apology and the whole conversation I was treated like I was the only one in the wrong for having normal expectation. Evey point I made was argued and dismissed. Clearly customer service is not understood here. I wasn't treated like a customer that paid . I was treated like a stupid person that doesn't know anything and wants something for free. I know is a long review but still fell like is not enough so will give 1 more example. After telling them some of the issues because they wouldn't let me finish what I wanted to say . They said I should be grateful that they gave me another car after the first car wasn't starting . Never said sorry or something and didn't take any accountably.....they said is the previous customers fault they probably left the lights open and drained the battery. Is the previous customer fault. So ...they just stated that after a customer rented the car they just left it there . They didn't check if their car is safe to rent to a family with 2 kids . Just imagine I should be grateful I didn't need to wait 5 10 more minutes for them to jumpstart the car that supposed to be ready for me to put my kids in. I am. I am grateful that I have empathy and I can say sorry when I am in the wrong and I can listen and understand other people.
