The operators are very rude and unprofessional.The first day when I went to open an account at 9.00 o'clock am lots of people waiting in the front of dor nobody came to us to tell the door it's been open (automatically) despite there are sitting inside and looked to us.When finally we get inside no good morning or apologises ,very rude attitude one of them said ,well the door was open. Currently I'm living out of Romania and I've called to ask if my money are in cont after the transfer ,was impossible. I have introduced myself and when asked her name she didn't want to tell me and closed the phone . I would like to remember to those people who working inBRD Faget Timis they are working vor their customers and to be polite is part of their job.Maybe some training would help.
