Service mecanica în apropiere de tine

I recently brought my Volvo C30 in for a brake fluid change and brake service. Since I admitted that I haven't given the car much more than the essential maintenance in about 7 years, I kindly asked the gentleman responsible for the Mechanics Department to perform a deeper inspection to see if anything else needed attention. The Mechanic, mister Neluțu: He was incredibly understanding, kind and professional. He found a number of other issues that needed addressing. When I asked him to explain what these problems meant for me as a driver (since I can admit that I don't know much about mechanics), he took from his time to break it down in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He explained the serious challenges the car was facing and sure enough, everything he said turned out to be true. Now that the car is fixed, it drives great. The Team: The gentleman at the reception was always welcoming, helpful when parts were needed and offered a great professional experience. The gentleman handling the invoices was also very kind and efficient. Overall: Based on this entire experience, I have chosen to remain a loyal customer who trusts their work 100%. They are the perfect needed "shadow partner" for my journeys, ensuring my safety on the road. I wish everyone all the best.
