The Mechanic, mister Neluțu: He was incredibly understanding, kind and professional. He found a number of other issues that needed addressing. When I asked him to explain what these problems meant for me as a driver (since I can admit that I don't know much about mechanics), he took from his time to break it down in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He explained the serious challenges the car was facing and sure enough, everything he said turned out to be true. Now that the car is fixed, it drives great. The Team: The gentleman at the reception was always welcoming, helpful when parts were needed and offered a great professional experience.
